Noah Tingle, a 17-year-old high school senior wears a different costume to greet his younger brother 12-year-old Max. Noah from Louisiana started this tradition in August 2019 as a way to create some memories and to strengthen their bond as brothers as Noah is going to college and will not be able to see his younger brother on a daily basis. Family and friends have been donating the costumes.
