Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Gaming, the General Manager of VIP Customer Service is accountable for the translation and execution of the overall strategic direction of the customer service journey.
This role will have you leading and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the VIP Gaming experience across the domestic customer base with an absolute focus on the service experience, customer advocacy and operational excellence.
